In life the average person's largest asset is their property, therefore it is vital their property is presented to the highest standard possible when being taken on to the market. Substandard photography can badly represent some of the most beautiful properties on the market (just look in an average estate agents window) so first impressions are everything. Top quality, professional photography will increase the amount of viewings a vendor will receive on a property and create more interest from any potential buyers.
Our photographers work very closely with our vendors to ensure that the best features of the property are shown, this is done via a briefing between the vendor and photographer. Our photography is completed using a digital SLR camera, wide angle lenses, extra lighting and any props if required. Our average to shoot takes around 1-2 hours, occasionally more time is required depending on the size of the property. Once the shoot is complete our photographers will start the postproduction using the latest technology, thus ensuring the property is looking bright and vibrant. Photos are uploaded onto our site and available for vendors to view and download, usually within 24 hours of our photographer visiting the property.
